The pace is still very slow, with casual conversations lingering on, and the narrative can be a little difficult to keep track of with so many characters living such separate lives. Sadly, after enduring Season 1, I was unable to watch Season 2 all the way through. The community of Fortitude is confronted with ancient and modern evils and this unique and very well done series takes us along as the brave community struggles against evils that threaten their bodies and their souls. Then, watched Season 1 to fully understand the story. I really liked both Season 1 & 2 because of the location of the series. I love how it leaves you things to explain or figure out, without blatantly misleading like LOST or some other shows in the genre.

Bad acting, an unrealistic storyline and, as I mentioned in my review, the shows creators have a penchant for developing great characters, then killing them off one by one.And as much as I respect Dennis Quaid, this was not his finest endeavor; over-the-top, over-dramatic... just not believable. But their respite from chaos is set to be short-lived with the mainland cutting off funding and supplies just as Fortitude is rocked by another mysterious death, setting off a chain of events even more shocking than the last.
