A small women's clothing boutique close in the Penn/Drexel area has big style! She attended pop up events, built her customer base, launched clothing in her store & grew her brand. A lot of the clothing is geared to the college age but there's many pieces appropriate for all ages.
I would've liked to see more variety within the store, although I do understand that they would want to target the Penn demographic. They have lots of cute styles, similar to Urban Outfitters but a bit more feminine, and their prices are reasonable, and comparable to other boutiques who carry similar brands in CC. Such a gem in the heart of Ucity!!!! Sizing can be a little different than your normal store due to the variety of brands sold, but size ain't nothin but a number. The M600’s speed and handling qualities make it a sheer joy to fly, and that makes it the perfect airplane for me. To this the shopkeeper responded with laughter, saying "oh my god, stop" twice and trying to warn her she was on speaker. -- but in general there is a little something for everyone.

Carli who is a manager and buyer is especially incredible. So I'd say do some research before buying because they only offer store credit and no refunds. They only got 4 stars instead of 5 because a lot of their dresses are backless and that doesn't work for my body. On my way to Starbucks I spotted a cute dress in the window of Piper Boutique and decided to quickly pop in - amazing how being in a good mood makes you more amenable to the idea of spending $$. Piper is the Freedom of Flight.
Also I try to only shop there because of the quality clothing and unique items. A friend and I headed in here one day after dinner to look around, and we were greeted by very friendly service... and wine!

Piper & Hazel started off as a handcrafted jewelry brand - selling pieces through Etsy until founder Amanda Carmela moved to Florida in 2019 and decided to expand and sell through her own online shop. The shopping in this area is a bit sparse, so be sure to check them out! On my way to work I stopped in one day, and fell in love with this little shop. when there is a line for the dressing room and I need a few minutes to look and think about it... there have been multiple times I have decided against an outfit cause it was too much pressure and I couldn't make decision with two girls staring at me... staring at myself. The boutique is a good addition to this area of mostly chain stores. You get honest feedback, because after all, you do have to wear the clothes in front of people if you buy it, why not get immediate opinions. I don't really recommend looking for clothes in Piper if you're above an 8.
