In consideration of my student’s voluntary participation in the Conference and use of Loyola’s facilities, (i) I hereby assume all risks of injury which may result from my student’s participation in the Conference and use of Loyola’s facilities, and (ii) I agree, on behalf of myself, my student and our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to waive, indemnify, hold harmless, release and discharge Loyola, its affiliates, including Mundelein College, and their respective officers, trustees, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, damages, demands, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from, or arising out of, my student’s participation in the Conference, and use of Loyola’s facilities.
