When I tested it out I didn’t really see myself shredding through tanks like what I heard. i've always crafted my builds each game based on the enemy team composition. I've seen this item built, I've seen it skipped. I usually go Warrior then follow up by building PD then situational, such as a LW, sterak's or a BotRK. It's still a good item, but the passive and active just don't jam with how I want to play, and it feels kind of redundant. The lifesteal on Maw, coupled with your ult and the now +30 armor pen means you will just win any squishy trade. Or your 3rd E proc if you set that up. 0 ad. I've been testing waters for this and I actually feel much stronger on laning phase in matchups that require sustain.
