We understand that by writing this review we are abandoning any hopes of any "humanistic" measures to be taken by management. We understand the frustration you are sharing and will take the necessary steps to ensuring that we reach those that are not adhering to our policy. We had 4 new fridges living there 2 years, the windows leaked air so our electric bill was through the roof each month and roaches all over our storage closet. Properties benefit from generous living spaces with large rooms, high ceilings, tasteful decor, quality flooring, premium fixtures and fittings and luxury touches in every room. Development highlights include a fitness center, business center, swimming pool with sundeck, parking, BBQ area, dog park, sports court, courtyard, cyber lounge, WiFi, landscaped grounds and secure entry. We had to have 4 refrigerators replaced due to leaking. Our garbage disposal has been broken for two days, we reported the problem on Friday morning, an email was sent back to us telling us the service request was fulfilled on Friday afternoon, Friday night I came home from work to make dinner and found the disposal still broken. I don't know if they need better "quality" control of the tenants considering it has a lot of potential with it's biggest perk being it's location.

Furthermore, a leasing consultant told me directly, "we could probably lease this by this weekend". A+ schools, local conveniences, FAU and Lynn University are only minutes away. If you are off the beaten path, meaning areas that are not on the new resident tour, your common area will not be maintained to a level that reflects the rental fees.Pool Area/Gym: Well, if these areas are important to you, take a close look, they speak for themselves.

Boca Place has a very friendly staff and attends all maintenance issues in a timely manner. I was not impressed with the living quarters nor the management. We appreciate all comments from our residents. Breezeway areas: Cob webs, trash, and overall attention (or lack thereof) to common areas are not high priority. We appreciate your comments and hope you will remain a resident for years to come! Also, the landscaping is dirty for the apts in the back part of the complex. It’s an excellent position, close to all city amenities, schools, major employers, golf clubs and the beach. 8/4/2017Thank you for your comments. All of this in combination with the horrible lack of communication between maintenance and the office makes this place a nightmare to be a resident of. I've been with Gables for over 6 years. 7/7/2017We are glad to hear you are enjoying Boca Place. The company doesn't care for the safety of you or your belonging. Originally the plan was to wait until our lease term expired to write our review. They rose rent so high for long term residents that they were forced out in an abrupt manner. STAY AWAY!!!!! When we went to the leasing office and expressed our concerns about what potentially could happen if the perpetrator were to return to the premises, we were told that if we had any concerns, we should call the police. We did ask to escalate the situation, mainly because this was a time sensitive issue.

We do recommend you do everything you can to protect your loved ones and valuables--from closing your blinds at night to always locking doors and never answering a door to anyone you don't know. valet trash whether you want it or like it.
