earth sorcerer vs asgardian sorcerer( ambigiously magic/tech as loki might be in the mcu) scenario 1: standard equipment dr strange cloak and eye of agamotto and loki with his staff so both have their respective gems scenario 2: no cloak and no eye of Agamotto for strange and no staff for Loki 4140241403 Round 2: Loki, but barely.
