Other exhibits wow visitors with a 360-degree view atop Vatnajökull Glacier, the unusual life forms that live on it, its effect on the land, and what will happen if, or when, it disappears. It's a very unique setting, views very good, the glacier experience was the best part, but that's about it. I hope we will see you again at Perlan - We have so many exciting things planned for 2018. We have built a huge cliff full of birds & life, an amazing natural forces exhibition, virtual insight into our ocean & so much more. There's an observation deck that gives you a 360 degree view of Reykjavik with information boards all around so you know exactly what you're looking at. We went to the observation deck only as we didnt have much time. The interactive museum gave you an insight into the glaciers, volcanoes and the changes in Iceland.Would recommend this to any who visits Iceland. We encountered huge crowds, probably as a result of the bad weather our group had also experienced.Sounds as though there is a lot being done at Perlan making it an ecologically and naturalistic area for coming tourism.
