I called postmates and the worker was so rude. When disputing the charge the answer I received was that they can't refund me because I needed to call the merchant to cancel.

If I could give zero Stars I would.....So I decided to place an order with Postmates I literally had communication with the driver watch the driver enter into my area for delivery I sent the message to the driver to guide them to my unit so that they would not get lost they replied okay I literally watch the driver sit by my complex tap that the order was delivered and never delivered my freaking food I am very very upset to say the least I had to go out to purchase another order and now Postmates wants to credit my Postmates account I never want to order again from Postmates I want my money back I want my money back on the form of payment that I paid to have my order delivered through Postmates I don't want to Postmates credit I'm going to delete my app after I receive my money and never order from Postmates again and advise others not to order either.
