All the staff were friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, and everyone seemed to be adhering well to the whole Covid protocol. The restaurant closes between 2 and 6, so choose your mealtimes carefully, and booking is advised as The Kings Arms is very popular with locals.

We managed to park on the north harbour jetty and paid £3 a day parking. The Ship Inn could not be placed in a better location. There is a good range of real ales and simple yet good food is also available. It serves real ales and Korev (delicious Cornish lager) in a traditional setting, with well-behaved dogs and children welcome. It will also help us to deliver a speedy service.
We had a fairly large dog with us, which was not a problem at all and she even got her own little sausage at breakfast. We also have eight beautiful bedrooms (located within the pub and the cottage next door) for that perfect weekend getaway, family holiday or overnight stay before travelling to the Scilly isles. We stayed at the Ship Inn for just one night, but we're sure to return next time we're in Mousehole.
