At The View Apartments in State College, you can find beautifully furnished apartments that fit your style and your budget. Their tone when they communicate with their residence is rude, arrogant and ignorant. Thank you. BBB remains operational and focused on serving our business community. Also - the internet service for the building kept going out and the management was completely unwilling to help us get the services back on - this happened for a long period of time and we all in the building needed the internet for school work. Best location right in the heart of downtown amenities and steps from campus.".

Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. This community has a 2 - 3 bedroom, 2 - 3 bathroom, and is for rent for $744 - $848. Everything is a headache to take care of, there was a point where they shut down the resident portal so rent was due earlier and a couple months in advance. I wish I hadn't signed a lease here.
Upon moving out they don't tell you that there is an expectation for you to hire a cleaning company and show them your receipt that you had the place professionally cleaned.The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear your neighbors talking, laughing, watching TV and they're not even being loud.
