The nice staff meets you at this spot all year round. The first class wasnt everything I expected, but certainly not due to trainer, who was both lovely and patient. Looks like they suffer from the scourge of single coffee nursing laptop users, so seems to fill...up easily, but we got a seat every time. When on crutches, we asked a member if staff if he maybe could help, we were greeted with a nonchalant and uncaring shrug of the shoulders...in the end we stood in the coffee store. The arrival was very pleasant and most welcoming, and we were offered a generous table with bench.
